Why should I choose a cloud-based POS?
Cloud-based POS systems allow you to have access and management from any internet anywhere in the world.
Does your system use Apple iPads or Android tablets?
 Both.  However we have found that Android allows for a much larger group of complementary equipment.
How much is your POS system?
Paramount POS is a comprehensive solution and therefore does not have a one-size-fits-all answer.  Once we learn all about your business and what is important to you, we customize a system to fit your wants and needs.
How long is your contract?
Our contracts are 36 months.
Is the training done on-site?
We can train on-site but if travel is necessary, it may incur an additional cost. Most training however, can be done remotely. We provide video recordings of your personal training for you to refer back to when necessary as well as giving you access to backend support.
Is your POS user friendly and easy to use?
Yes, our system is easy to use and operate. Thus why remote training is typically all that is required.
Is your system PCI compliant?
Yes
Can I use my existing merchant processor?
No. because of the complexities that can arise when troubleshooting, reporting, or researching transactions we have found when the Paramount POS is coupled with a credit card account we have easy access to, we can provide faster and better customer service.
What happens if I lose my internet?
Paramount POS functions offline so you can continue doing business even with short Internet outages.
Does your system handle payroll?
Our system tracks clock-ins, clock-outs, breaks and tips with payroll export functionality. We can also payout tips immediately to Employee Debit Cards to eliminate the need for cash on hand to payout charge tips and return visits by staff to pick-up their cash tip envelope.
How long is the included support warranty?
Support is given for as long as you are actively using the system.
What about inventory tracking?
Our system includes both Food & Beverage ingredient level recipe-based inventory and a Retail item level inventory that can utilize barcodes. Both are included at no additional cost with our PRO and Enterprise solutions.
What is the difference between your PRO and Enterprise offering?
PRO is a fully functional POS solution for individual locations and Enterprise is designed for multi-location chains and franchises that want control and consolidated functionality.
Can I create custom reports?
Paramount POS includes reports for customers, employees, drivers, loyalty, gift cards, payments, sales, inventory, timekeeping, tips, financial, and other data all customizable by date range, location, and categories to name a few.
