How to Enable/Set up Cash Rewards:
Go to “Settings” and Select “Store”
Select “Settings”
Turn on “Instant Cash Reward” then press “Update”
Select “Products/Items” and Select “Discounts”
Select “Instant Cash Reward”Type in the “Name” and how much you would like the reward to be
NOTE: After making changes to BOH, make sure to update the BOH and sync the iPads when complete
Example with cash reward enabled:
It will automatically show you the “Cash Reward” while the check is still active
After pressing “Payment” you will Select “Cash”
After pressing “Cash” it will give you how much money is due back to the customer
NOTE: THIS WAS CALCUALTED WITH THE CUSTOMER GIVING THE EMLOYEE THE EXACT AMOUNT OF CASH
Select “Submit” to close out the check
