 Clover Failure Payment

1. When payment is made through Clover and suddenly the pos is in offline mode, then it should be reflected in the POS once it is back online.
2. When the Clover payment is not reflected in POS or payment is missing (when online) then the Clover Failure Payment scenario will occur.
